What Does a 1:1 Primary Tuition Lesson Look Like?
Each session is tailored to the child’s age, ability and individual learning needs.
We begin with a short warm-up activity, revisiting key skills and building confidence in the fundamentals. We then focus on the child’s current area of learning, introducing and explaining new concepts in a clear and accessible way.
Children are encouraged to work through examples with guidance before gradually moving towards independent practice. This gives them the opportunity to apply what they have learned and develop greater confidence in their own ability.
Throughout the session, we review understanding, celebrate progress and provide gentle feedback, helping children recognise what they are doing well and where they can improve.
